Ed Gallagher
Founder, President and CTO
Ed is the originator of the iDM vision, architecture and software and is responsible for Tactum Technologies' product strategy and product management, research and development, alliances, marketing, and customer support functions.

Ed has held a variety of senior management positions in technology start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. Most recently he successfully launched, nurtured and sold a customer relationship management (CRM) software company in the Atlanta market.

Chuck Doss
Founder and EVP, Business Development
Chuck brings 20 plus years of experience in the technology and application software industry including extensive experience in the customer relationship management (CRM) and the employee relationship management (ERM) market space.

Having held leadership roles with both start-up and fortune 100 technology companies, Chuck offers a broad range of experience that touches every aspect of the business. Chuck is a proven industry leader with a breadth of knowledge in starting and growing businesses in new and emerging markets.
